We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Briov. If for any reason you are not happy with your furniture, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth experience.
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the furniture must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@briov.site with your order number and reason for the return. Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any discounts or promotions applied to the purchase may be adjusted accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
